1. Product Information

আমরা প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত তথ্য সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে ডিজিটাল ডিসপ্লে ও লাইটিংয়ের কারণে পণ্যের রঙ কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

We strive to ensure product information is accurate. However, actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting and display differences.

2. Order & Payment

অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা বাধ্যতামূলক। কাস্টমার ভুল তথ্য দিলে আমরা দায়ী থাকবো না।

Once an order is confirmed, payment must be completed. Jeans Wear is not liable for any incorrect information provided by customers.

3. Delivery Policy

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করি। সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্মের ২-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

We deliver across Bangladesh. Products are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after order confirmation.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট প্রাপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।

  • প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে (পরিধানবিহীন ও ট্যাগসহ)।

  • রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে ডেলিভারির ২ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে।

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused and with original tags. Notify us within 2 days of delivery.

ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহৃত সকল ছবি, টেক্সট এবং ডিজাইন আমাদের মালিকানাধীন। অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি বা ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
